The Final Project Meeting with additional of three days Training was held in April 2021 via the Zoom platform due to the pandemic situation caused by Covid-19. The Final Project Meeting was led by Team Leader dr Marina Babić-Mladenović and project director dr Cane Čekerevac. The summary of output results from all activities was presented by Team Leader dr Marina Babić-Mladenović.
The output results from each activity were presented by a responsible JV team member at first day of Training. On the second and third day of the Training, there was an exercise with models via the Zoom platform too. The technical help desk was organized to help participants with necessary installation. All materials including User Manuals for developed models and GIS database were sent to participating organizations.
Distinguished representatives of all three Clients and Beneficiary Institutions from Bosnia and Herzegovina (entity Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) and entity Republica Srpska (RS), Montenegro and Serbia discussed results including Policy on the exchange of hydrological and meteorological data Drina River basin provided by Consultant.
The first day of the training was attended by 60 representatives of Clients and Project Beneficiaries. The second and third by 44 representatives actively worked with the developed models and GIS database. The training was held in the local language.
The Consultant took the opportunity to thank all Clients and Users for exceptional cooperation, active participation, provided data and constructive suggestions given during the project implementation.
