Meeting / Workshop on the Draft Inception Report was held on 05.02.2020. at the Centreville Hotel in Podgorica, Montenegro. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Clients, Directorate for Water Management, Directorate for Water Management at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Montenegro and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of B&H, Sarajevo. Also, representatives of Beneficiaries: Institute for Hydrometeorology and Seismology of Montenegro, Sava River Watershed Agency, Federal Hydro meteorological Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republic Hydrometeorological Institute of Republic of Srpska attended the meeting.
The main discussion addressed the challenges and priorities, as well as the planned management in the progress and lack of data and data request of the Consultant.
